Standard:

Our technicians will do a visual inspection and lubricate all moving parts on the garage doors and openers. They will also replace any damaged or worn hinges and rollers. The customer will then receive an estimate of any repair work that was noted by the technician.

To help you determine how often you should perform preventative maintenance on your doors, we have divided the doors in 3 categories:

Type A

doors that require maintenance every 3 months.
Examples: apartment building or condominiums, transit companies
Type B

doors that require maintenance every 6 months.
Examples: auto repair shops, car dealerships, distribution centers
Type C

doors that require maintenance every 12 months.
Examples: municipal garages, fire stations, warehouses
